About JAB Hopes
At JAB Hopes, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our program uses the game of basketball as a platform for growth, combining skill development with social-emotional learning. Our philosophy – H.U.G.E. (Humble, Unrelenting, Extraordinary, Grateful) – guides everything we do. We challenge our athletes to embody these values daily, pushing themselves to improve while uplifting those around them.
Hoops for Hopes 3v3 Basketball Tournament
On April 11, 2026, we hosted our third annual Hoops for Hopes 3v3 Tournament. Sixty teams from 1st to 8th grade came together to support our Hopes community and raised more than $40,000!

Adopt-A-Family
We love spreading Christmas cheer to families at St. Mary of Carmel and Our Lady of Perpetual Help, partners in our JAB Hopes Academy program. In 2025, we hosted our second Adopt-a-Family event where we were able to provide Christmas gifts for 21 families — more than 450 presents wrapped with love!
